Call local law enforcement - 864-271-5210 - it's a shame these repeat thug offenders who reside ro work here don't' get stiffer sentences. They make places like Boulder CRACK Apartments a bad place to live. I suppose it's cheaper for the the county of Greenville to keep sending waves of officers there every day than to set up a 24/7 manned presence there. They'll probably set up a 8 hour a day "feel good" office. It's a shame apartment complexes don't suffer the same consequences as local businesses do when there are many calls to their addresses (the businesses' business license is revoked and they have to close down). Of course like many scourges of society, they'd just set up shop somewhere else and the hard working and lazy but innocent of crimes poor who can only afford Boulder CRACK Apartments will suffer.
