Provided by YP.comA great experience, and I,m very proud of being able to donate to save people.
With the covid epidemic plasma is very much needed, the donors donate that means more help for patients, I,m proud of my fellow donors.

Provided by YP.comThey definitely dont change their gloves and dont clean the beds between each donor. Not sure what the standard is or why they are doing this. Also not friendly. They dont say thank you they dont say much..a few are talkative but only when certain people which is fine..I just watch movies. I need the extra income so I enjoy donating but they should be more clean and sterile considering all the different people coming in to donate!!

Provided by YP.comAwful. If i could give 0 stars I would. The staff there are so unprofessional. You are taken through the process like a heard of cattle. Only thing missing is the prod. When you register they re-use the same gloves for everyone that comes through the registration window. When you get back to the plasma donation area they call out which bay you are supposed to go to. They don't change their gloves even though they've been touching someone else's arm. They don't wipe down the seats you lay in, so pray the person before you didn't have head lice. When you are done donating they tell you how much you get and when you come back. No have a nice day, thank you for your donation...nothing.The staff back in that area is even more unprofessional than the front of the building. They are constantly talking about other people. They are cursing and talking about how they hate working with their co-workers, and often yelling across the room about their plans for the weekend. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They give you $50.00 for your first five visits and then the amount drops. If you weigh under 150 expect your $18.00 after your five visits. In my opinion it's not worth the money.

Provided by YPmobileThey do not change their gloves/use hand gel with every person they see. (This also includes the people who do finger sticks as well) They go from one person to the next with the same gloves and this is scary since they are dealing with blood/bodily fluids. The only people they are protecting are themselves-not us the donors. They also don't clean the tables that u lie on where u donate. I've had to ask them on two occasions to clean them because of oils and dirt from someone else's body. One employee clearly was not happy when I asked her.

Provided by YPmobileFirst time took a long time, but the manager there worked hard to get me done. Staff that meet you first are super friendly and the place is REALLY nice. Went back yesterday and it only took about an hour or so. Way better than the place on Stone ave.

Provided by YP.comI love this place!! The staff is sooo friendly and helpful. I've let a few of the phlebotomist stick me and the best one is Jamie. Ask for her when you donate if you don't want your arm bruised or swollen!!!!
