On a very recent visit to computer direct Outlet found the employees there to be very cordial and helpful
Had a laptop issue would not turn on spoke with Malik they quickly resolve the problem let me know what the issue was and sent me on my way
I've been there before with repair issues on my pc they had to complete Parts selection and a tech to help
In my opinion it's the best value you can get for computer repair

I Have been a customer with CDO for at least 10 years and trust them to give sound advice and also to help find the best solution for my computing needs and budget. Their techs have years of experience and aren't just some young kid on spring break that thinks he knows something just because he knows how to operate his own computer and help his parents.

I shop at CDO all the time and they are always very helpful. If I need to replace a part in a computer and I am not sure if that will fix the issue I take it down to their work center and try the part out free of charge before I make the purchase.
