Always have had quality food but this time was a disaster. Was with a party of five. Only one person received a fit to eat meal. Baby back ribs - very little meat plus way overcooked, Two people had sirloin steak which both steaks were very tough. a steak sandwich without the bread was ordered by another customer, it was also stringy. My Chicken Quesadillas were very good, The only good thing about the meal. When I made the reservation I told the man that it was my husbands 80th. birthday and did they have something they could give him, he said "yes he will receive an ice cream Sunday & I'll mark it on the reservation. After receiving our menus I told the waitress it was my husbands 80th birthday. Nothing else was said and no Sunday was received. It will be a long time before we return.

I visited your restaurant on Saturday, March 14 with my wife and my brother and his wife. We were treating them to a dinner in honor of their recent anniversary. My sister-in-law had eaten in your location in Easley and told us how good the steaks were. There was first of all a mistake in her order of the sirloin steak and the friendly waitress took it back and soon returned with a steak well done instead of medium rare. My wife and I also ordered the sirloins @ $14.95 each and they looked beautiful when they were served.

My disappointment came when I started trying to cut the steak. It definitely was not a choice grade of sirloin because it was just plain tough and after we left the restaurant, my wife asked me if my steak was good and said her's was tough

as well. I did not complain at the restaurant, because of the occasion and the fact that my sister-in-law had chosen your location.

I am not asking you for any kind of refund, but I can tell you now, that even though your business looks like it is doing well now, it won't be for long if you continue selling that grade of beef for the prices we paid tonight. Long story short, we were very disappointed.
