I'm a fairly new customer I buy lots of Christmas deco's from here and recently decided to get some plants. When I bought two Gorgeous butterfly bushes from there last summer, I followed the instructions to a "T" to ensure they'd live. But after they didn't re-blossom this year I called several times and was told it's to cold out. So, I waited and called back again today only to find they do NOT guarantee their plants but they charge BIG BUCKS for them. Today you lost a customer Country Boys - I'll continue to buy my plants from sources to DO offer to assist and replace a plant when it fails after a customer follows your instructions.



According to the lady I spoke to today we have signs posted all over the place, well clearly not in view of the customers because I didn't see them. Then she blamed the poor old gentleman who worked there by saying he doesn't work here anymore as if it were his fault. I don't need that kind of service. When I told the woman I'd never come back and I'd leave feedback on the internet she said oh well I'm sorry. She did not care.



I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, THEY ARE HIGH PRICED AND NO GUARANTEES PAST 24 HOURS. LOWE'S AND HOME DEPOT GUARANTEE THEIR PLANTS NO MATTER WHAT.
