David holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) which is the highest achievement awarded in the residential sales field. Only 3% of Realtors in the US are CRS designees. With an impressive lineup of honors and awards, David is a three time top individual producer at Keller Williams and on four occasions has earned the prestigious Culture Award, considered by many his companys highest honor and voted on and bestowed upon him by his peers. This award exemplifies the companys core values. David has also been presented the Agent Leadership Council Award. When HGTVs House Hunters decided to film for the first time in Greenville, David and one of his clients were recently honored to be chosen to represent the Upstate of Greenville.
