This man has saved my life several times over and been a true advocate for me, my health, and safety. He not only listens, he listens patiently and is very trusting. He knows meds, both old and new, like the back of his hand and can quote studies to either support or dispute recommendations or questions. I have been seeing him for nearly 15 years and wouldn't change things for the world. After having a horrible experience with another local MD; I know how bad it can be. Dr. Richards ultimately cares for his patients and gives his full attention to their needs, calls them at home if needed, and spends over and beyond the amount of time and energy I've ever seen an MD spend with and about a patient. Can't say enough about him!

Extremely patient, thorough, understanding and caring. He knows meds, labs, health dx and how they effect a depression. He also listens to what the patient says. Which in my book, that is very important. He has helped me more than my reg pmd and specialists have. I give him 5 stars .
