First of all, my GP had to send two referalls to get anyone to reach out to me. And when they did they were rude. My first visit was pretty much a question and answer visit with an associate. With the exception of the front desk person, the nurse and other staff were not really very friendly. I was to have a virtual appointment recently and was online 10 minutes prior to the appointment. Nobody ever came on. I waited nearly an hour before giving up. I had to leave. The nurse messaged me about rescheduling but when I saw the doctors notes on MyChart I was furious! He called me a no show! I told her absolutely not! I understand they are very busy. Especially now with all the covid patients. But my time is valuable too. The appropriate thing to have done was for the nurse to come on and let me know what was going on. But apparently they can't be bothered to think that far ahead.
