This gym has the worst customer service around. I canceled my membership because I took a 7 day a week job and could no longer come. They continued to charge me even though I gave a 45 day notice and refused to call me back or respond to my emails. When we signed up, we were also promised a few pass to bootcamp to try it out and Lauren (the new manager) never came through with this promise. When we took our physical trainer section we were told no Saturday sections were available.... people work. My 2 friends heard my story and canceled their memberships as well.

After you sign a year's contract they automatically renew your membership at the end of that year and continue to charge you, after several weeks of unsuccessfully attempting to draft money out of your account because your bank doesn't allow this this type of shady business practice, needless to say always check the fine print ����
