HORRIBLE!!! I called didn't pick up. They did call back though. He called saying he missed a call, didnt say who he was and didnt seem very polite either. So I said I need a taxi and he responded "oh you need a ride." tIhrew me back a little as to how unproffesional he was, i said ya, so he asked from where to where. I told him which hotel I was at but I didn't know the exact address which seemed to irritate him, but ifound it and told him. I quit counting how many times he asked if I was sure I had the correct address. Then he said he will be there to pick me up in 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes went by No call No Show so I got fed up. I had the decency to call them back and tell them never mind, instead of wasting there time even though they did mine. He answered hello, again didn't say who he was who he worked for or anything so I just told him who I was then told him I didn't need the fare anymore, as soon as I said that... CLICK...... not professional at all!
