They did an excellent job! They remodeled our kitchen. We absolutely love it.

I am 18 and decided to move into an apartment due to all the drug use problems going on at Greenville technical college student housing. This was the last place I Che led out as I thought I had already decided on another apartment complex. They are great for college students especially! I live in one of the newer apartments in A one bedroom and its the perfect size ! I love being able to have the company of a dog and I have not had any problems with noise levels. I see all sorts of people here, young and old! It is a little expensive for me but toyay worth it!

I love the ladies in the office! They are very laid back and really work with you! I would totay recommend this apartment complex!

Expect running at all times in the hallways. Lower class of people here, watch your vehicles. Third floor apartments are the safest, but you have to walk down three flights of stairs to do the laundry, since there are no units in the older buildings. Would not recommend.

BACK IN 2007 THERE WAS A FIRE AND ALOT OF MAINTAINCE ISSUES THAT WENT UNRESLOVED. I MOVED IN 2008 ONCE I FOUND A BETTER PLACE DUE TO ALL ISSUES BEING IGNORED. NOW THEY ARE RUINING MY CREDIT BECAUSE I WANTED A SAFER AND CLEANER PLACE TO LIVE....I HAVE FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH THE LOCAL BBB...AND WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER. DONT MOVE HERE.....



THE FIRE THAT I SURVIVED WAS IN BUILDING A THE SAME ONE THAT BURNED THIS YEAR.
