The overall experience was horrible. I called to see if I could book an appointment for another day because I have not tooken my kids hair down due to their hair not being out but wanted the front of their hair done. I called the shop, and Liz answered the phone and advised me to come over to see their hair and she could do it that day. After the phone conversation went over to the shop and she implemented that she could do. It was another lady within the shop at the time, and advised liz would be back she was going to get some help for my children hair, so I waited approximately 45 minutes for some one to come back to do my children hair, however when she came back to the shop she imposed that she was tired and not feeling well to come back tomorrow. In addition to this story, an lady and her daughter came in for yarn braids she told them to come back in an hour, and when I left the shop they was going in. It was worse and a waste of time, I will never consider going there again.
