They evict anyone they don't like!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! Bugs every where, refused to fix our garbage disposal. Also had our ac break and we had to hound them to fix it. It was summer and I am pregnant again! Car battery was stolen and they refused to warn others and have no security cameras!! Strange people also approach you at night. I lost my daughter and they had no pity! Me and my husband had so much grief and instead THEY TELL US THEY'RE TRYING THEIR BEST TO EVICT US! And we weren't the only ones.. When we spoke to the rm manager about our late rent she said we had til Friday. Instead she went back on her word and had us evicted! Funny thing is that they had already put our apartment up for lease for someone else before we even had late pay! Cindy the manager is NOt manager material and a complete b*#ch. They also say things are on the lease when they are not! The the monthly bill constantly goes up and down as well! We had a $687 apartment and somehow we were paying close to $900 every month. Glad to say we're not living there anymore!
