I was in need of flooring and fast. Went to Michael's could not belive there selection of laminate and prices. Tons to choose from, not the cheap stuff! This stuff looks like real wood. But it doesn't scratch! I couldn't have bought a better floor. I had them install it and they were able to do so the VERY NEXT DAY! Awesome experience. I will definitely return. I am looking to carpet the rest of my home and wouldn't waste time going anywhere else but Michaels!

I have never seen so much carpet in my life! This place is huge, you could spend all day in there. You actually see the whole entire roll itself, you don't have to choose from tiny little sample boards like at home depot and lowes! Plus their prices beat them by far! I loved shopping there, they handled everything turnkey, it was a great experience and I LOVE my carpet! See Ashley when you go in, she is very sweet and will take the time to actually listen to find what you are looking for to fit your needs. She's very knowledgeable and I was able to learn so much about carpet from her!

We buy & sell homes for a living, getting products on time & without hassles is not just important, its money to us. I had been buying cheap carpet & Laminate wherever I could find it & mostly at the home centers. I was short on materials that I had bought at Lowes & they were out of stock & no one wanted to help, stopped by Michaels & met Jackie, she not ony cared, she actualy had the exact thing I had been buying at Lowes, in stock & at the same price.. I have been back several times & they always just seem to know what I want, I think I am getting a better product, same price & Jackie is great!

When I needed better stuff (Hardwood & Carpet) for my own house they had that too & the price was great. been down a year & still looks like new.

Great flooring at competetive prices! I have purchased and installed (personally) laminate flooring from Michaels. The flooring was of very good quality and easy to install. The finished product looks amazing and is very impressive; it has received many compliments from friends and family who have seen the floor! I would, however, caution anyone who hauls the flooring themselves to ensure the load is tied down and secure after the employees load it in your truck. The workers used a forklift and placed the wraped pallette in the back of my truck (which was brand new at the time). Just after pulling out onto Woodruff Road the load shifted and fell over the side of the truck. Obviously this created a traffic hazard and damaged some of the flooring as well as the side rails and tailgate of my truck. They of course denied responsibility for this and advised it is my responsiblity to secure the load. I trusted the employees knew what they were doing; this was a very bad assumption! Anyhow, I later purchased a carpet remnant and it was large enough to cover my two rooms! I was able to get a very high quality carpet at a heavily discounted price. They installed it for me and it, too, looks very good! The installers did well installing the carpet and it has held up very nicely! I would highly recommend considering this business for your flooring needs!
