Julie is a great trainer. We have a *very* hyper Italian Greyhound/Jack Russell Terrier 2 year old who was rather timid when we first got her. After only three lessons with Julie, Tully’s confidence was boosted. Not only is she more outgoing, but Tully is also more respectful of others’ (humans’ and dogs’) distance. We were so satisfied with the results that we bought three more lessons. Tully is now more agile and has learned many tricks. I would strongly suggest taking your dog to Julie’s training classes … not only are they are a great way to socialize your best friend, but they help you want to remain friends for life by maintaining obedience and respect!

Julie is a true professional. She worked dilligently with my senior beagle-mix who was extremely stubborn. She trained w/ her on a regular basis and was so intuned to her behavior, that she knew instinctively when she would be at her most alert, therefore most responsive. I would recommend Julie to anyone who has any canine issues. She not only knows how to be the most effective trainer but also is cognizant of your pet's personality and demeanor.

Julie has been working with our two rescue weims - started out with obedience training and now has progressed to her taking them to the park and downtown to work on shyness in one weim and excessive barking with the other weim. Both have come a very long way under Julie's care and training. They both look forward to seeing Julie every Thursday!

Julie has been such a big help with my dog Krystal. I have taken Julie's Saturday socialization class and have had her work with Krystal one-on-one to build good manners with other dogs and people. It has made a huge difference for Julie to establish the foundation for good communication. Her work with Krystal really sped up the process of behavior change. After just two lessons, I could see that Krystal turned a corner in her understanding of what she was supposed to do in different situations. I continue to seek out Julie's help to take Krystal to a higher level of positive socialization. And most importantly, Krystal LOVES Julie and is thrilled every time she sees her. Julie's kind and positive training style has won Krystal's heart.

I took my German shepherd to Julie for training and she did an amazing job with him. He was under socialized and becoming very reactive toward anybody he did not know. Julie used positive motivation with him and it worked like a charm. He very rapidly associated people with good things and soon we could walk through a busy downtown with no problem at all. I take him with me everywhere now and I no longer have to worry about him being scared or acting negatively toward strangers. I owe Julie many many thanks for helping me turn him into the perfect dog!
