Dr. Garrett and his entire staff were all very welcoming and professional when I went for a return visit after several years away. A very pleasant experience all the way around!

Dr. Garret was rude and arrogant. I do not recommend him.

Dr. Garrett is more interested in your money than your eye conditons. I had an eye injury I have insurance but was unable to pay my copay on the date of service, The doctor refused to see me stating insurance won't pay a claim until i pay my portion which is a lie I work in insurance. I would respect the doctor more if he'd just say it's office policy to take the payment on the date of service and that he is inflexible in helping patients with emergent needs. Guess I'll go to the ER since they can't turn me away for not having the funds at the time. But i've already found the doctor who will take care of my eyes from here on out.

I have been going to Dr. Garrett for 3 years now and he and his staff are very professional & meticulous with my exams & my eyes. I was having trouble getting one of my new contacts to stay in my eye while I was there in the office. Dr. Garrett took me back in to the examination room, tried once to put the contact in. After it popped out again, he examined it and said the contact was "out of round" (warped). He took out another contact, and the same thing happened... He had to open 4 contacts before we found one that was not warped. I've worn contacts for 15 years and I've never had trouble putting contacts in but I was thinking it was "just me" having trouble... I'm glad that Dr. Garrett was there to see, it wasn't "just me"! :-)



I go back next week for my 3rd check up with Dr. Garrett and I'm sure he & his staff will be just as awesome as in the past!
