I put a family member in this home and had great feelings about it. Beth assisted me in getting her enrolled and moved in. However, a lady or so-called "manager" named Angie is who we've been dealing with ever since my mother moved in. Angie's behavior has been, from the beginning, extremely erratic. Sometimes she is nice, other times non-responsive, and other times she has acted very, very crude and harsh. I will not be specific in my complaints because I do not want my family member to be mistreated by her any more than normal. Angie is exhibiting behavior that of a drug addict or of a person of mental health disabilities. This behavior is, in the least, very unprofessional. I learned that Angie is somehow related to Beth (the nice lady I initially spoke with) and I believe that, if weren't for this relation, she would have been fired a long time ago. This lady Angie isn't right and it is obvious that all the nice old lady residents have learned to just put up with her harshness and immature behavior. This is ridiculous. I want my family member out of this place as soon as possible. A long as the employee "Angie" is working at the Gossett Home, PLEASE not consider placing a loved one here.
