I bought a car from Salesperson Gene. It pulled to the left and the drivers door handle was missing. He said come back at noon, it will all be fixed. He broke the door panel re installing the door handle. He also told me they were so busy that they were unable to do the alignment. He PROMISED me that all it needed was an alignment and wouldn't cost more than $60.
I took the car to my local shop for an alignment, and the mechanic said that both the inner and outer tie rods were bad, and they can't even align it until they're replaced. He said he saw tool marks indicating that someone tried to align the car, but gave up when they realized the tie rods were bent and wouldn't come loose.
The owner, David, offered to refund my money and let me return the car. I said yes, but expressed my concerns that the car is unsafe to 1.5 hours to return the car, he took back his offer to refund, which is in writing, telling me I am "difficult" and "ungrateful".

I bought a used subaru from them and drove from Memphis to pick it up. When I got home here are the things they failed to disclose and what they promised. A/c has leak, ascending unit in gas tank broken (said they would fix)dealer refuses to address now and won't send me the part, wrong tire size so odom is not accurate. Needless to say they are more interested in the slug lot approach and are terrible about customer service and keeping promises

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! VERY DISHONEST. We test drove a car here and they classified it as Certified Pre-Owned with a 127 point check and stated the car was in excellent condition. When we told them we wanted the car looked at by a mechanic they wanted us to go to their mechanic to have it checked out. We took it to a local mechanic of our choosing instead to have it checked out before buying. Upon inspection the cars underneath was completely rusted. The rotors were completely rusted. It had a head gasket leak an exhaust leak, a transmission pan leak. They put stop leak in the radiator, the list goes on and on. I would not buy a car from this place if my life depended on it. All I can say is buyer BEWARE!!!!

This is your prototypical used car dealer. The associate tried to get me to buy his "favorite car." I took it for a test drive and it was evident that there was some major problem with the engine. I told the associate about it. The following week I was there trying to collect what I found out was a nonrefundable deposit (I lost 500.00) And there was an old man standing next to that vehicle with the hood up, obviously broken down. It was sad.

Terrible place to buy a car. Bought a 05 subaru outback form them, test drove it and everything seemed fine. Got the loan, drove it off the lot, literally 5 miles down the road the check engine light comes on. I take it back to them, they replace the spark plugs for $100 (you car do it easily yourself, with top notch plugs for under $20). That wasn't the issue, it was both of the Catalytic converters. Had both of those replaced by another mechanic and it's still not driving properly. Sitting in the driveway after 3 months of owning it and putting an extra $600 into it. Huge lemon, Terrible place to buy ANY car is my opinion. Please take me seriously if you read this, the first review that is 5 stars is put on here by one of the old owners, whom got fired because he was an alcoholic (which the new owner was totally fine telling one of his customers on the first day they met... I should've known then)

Horrendous experience. Found them on craigslist (mistake number 1). Car I bought was a piece of junk that has caused me nothing by nightmares since I got it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
