THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! My wife came here to get a rim repaired last week and payed for two rims to be repaired! After sitting in this place for 5 hrs they offered her a partial refund for it taking 2x as long as quoted. She declined saying that if the job was done properly she had no issues paying full price.. She left and the rear wheel was still shaking so we made the 2 hour roundtrip again to give them a chance to make things right when we were met with an extremely rude welder there. After telling us that he would not reimburse ANY money and it wasn't to our liking he called GREENVILLE COUNTY POLICE on my wife and I.. The police were amazing and definitely understood our situation. If you love your wife and children and expect a safe quality repair DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! MONDAY MORNING WE WILL BE MAKING A CIVIL REPORT AND WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!!!
