All prices were given up front and that was exactly what we were billed. We have had bad experiences with other companies serving additional documents at the same location and charging us double or triple, depending on how many additional documents we have them serve. During our experience with APS...they served two documents at the same location and only charged us an additional $10 for the second document. This was very reasonable and what we call honest business practices and fair pricing.

Great service, easy to work with and last but not least…they serve their own papers without outsourcing to another company. I feel that the law enforcement background of their process servers is what brings them a notch above other process server companies in the area. An example, they gave my last service a 4th attempt without charging us anything beyond basic service (which only states 3 attempts will be made). They had to interview several old neighbors and were able to track down the defendant at a 3rd location which we had no knowledge of. When I inquired about the price the female whom I spoke with stated that they state they will give it a “minimum of 3 attempts, which could really mean 4 or 5…etc.” This said a lot for their company. I highly recommend them for process services.
