Provided by YP.comI am rather upset with UPS. A family member of mine sent me an overnight package that was extremely important that I received it. I was home all day and never heard a knock on the door. When I opened my door to go to work. There laying carelessly on my front doorstep was the package that had been over nighted. I live in an apartment complex and anybody could have taken this package. I am rather furious that they didn't require a signature for something this important. I do not believe I will be using UPS ever again. What the UPS delivery man did was so irresponsible. He could have at least left a note on the door so that I could have went down there and picked it up myself. He never even knocked on the door, how ridiculous is it, that he just threw my package on my front doorstep!!!! Unbelievable
