Provided by YP.comDr. Phillips is an excellent doctor. He recently did cataract surgery on my Dad and he has done great. Dr. Phillips used to be a pharmacist and his personal touch from that career is evident in his doctoring today. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillips and his stafff to all who need an eye doctor.
