ALL Wendys are known for NOT giving customers a FULL container of Chili!!.. Always 3/4 to 1 inch from the top.,. The employees and manager will stand there and argue with a customer who is not satisfied with a partical cup of chile and asks for their cup to chile to be a FULL cup of chili.
