Briarcliff Health Center in Greenville, TX, is a dirty nursing home. There were roaches in my un-named family member's room. A huge roach flew across the room and hit the hospice nurse while we were sitting there and scared her to death. The staff laughed and didn't help.

The nurses at the front desk at Briarcliff would not let me see my mom. It is because my brother is the guardian and he told them not to let me in because I upset her. He said that after we got in an argument about something totally different. She has Alzheimer and I never say anything that would upset her. Maybe she just misses me. The manager will not talk to me or help me and she hung up on me.

Best facility anywhere! Fun atmosphere with exceptional staff. Our family has depended on Briarcliff to help us care for 5 family members on 5 separate occasions in the last 18 years. We can not adequately express our appreciation for the love, care and compassion shown by their staff each and every time.

The previous comment by DS obviously has the wrong facility. Briarcliff has nothing but kind, compassionate staff. Always helpful and willing to assist in any way.

Briarcliff has rude staff. It is hard to get in the door and they yell at you when you finally get in.
