The WORST place to go eat!! I have been in there a couple times and every time it has been a huge disappointment. The food is disgusting! the place is always unorganized. The staff all complain about the manager Chris Garcia. The cakes that he makes are a joke! if I wanted a plain iced cake with no creativity then I would have gone to Super1.even they have better cakes than CSB!! A staff that has no respect for their managers can only mean that the bakery is run by two idiots!! Seriously need to improve on the management! Only star they get is from a few good people that work there. I will be informing my friends and family about that poor excuse of a bakery.

We went with the expectation of simply trying a new place in Greenville. Our experience certainly exceeded that. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very courteous. The desserts we sampled were delicious. Beyond that, however, each employee seemed proud of their job and more than willing to explain their creations. The manager took it up a notch further and treated each customer as a much appreciated guest. Even the customers were happy and chatting about the wonderful atmosphere. Hooray for Collin Street for finding amazing people to run their bakery. It's not just the yummies that keep people coming back!
