I did everything my contract said and still they want to bill me 3000 dollars.

Horrible management! Multiple violations of leasing agreement but due to legal costs we were unable to pursue actions to break the lease. During the winter our furnace ran 24/7 and barely kept the home above 65, during the summer the A/C ran 24/7 and rarely kept the home below 85. When, after 3 weeks of complaints and certified letters, they finally did send someone out the contractor recommended a few vents and a circulation fan in the attic to lower the temp inside the home. We were informed at the end of summer that they had considered this and were just going to wait until next summer to reevaluate the situation since the heat wave was over.



It took me calling to break the lease for them to acknowledge issues that had been brought to their attention for well over 6 months because they did not think it was an issue. This being a broken stove that cause a pan of hot oil to almost spill on my 2 year olds head and a chimney that would blow smoke and carbon monoxide back into the home if the slightest breeze occurred.



Not only would I not recommend this company I will also be lodging a complaint with the Texas regulation board to have their license revoked due to gross negligence and violations of multiple legal documents.
