I have experienced a lot of bad things at different dentist's but this one was awesome! The staff was very helpful and the dentist was able to provide me with all the information that I needed. I feel like I know everything that was going on! Thank you

You all are really good and amazing. Everyone was so patient and kind to me. Also, the waiting area is very nice and comfortable.

I walked into this office on a random day just to get some information and schedule an appointment for my 2 year old daughter. the staff was friendly, and helped me right away. the told me the doctor could see me right then. I sat in the very clean waiting room for about ten minutes and we were called back. the rooms looked very neat, and clean. everything was well organized. the nursed knew what they were doing and they were very patient with it being my daughters first time there. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dentist,hygienist and staff are great and helpful full of information to help you with keeping your teeth cleaned and and prolonged teeth care.Very comfortable atmosphere!

The staff was very friendly and very patient with my grand daughter Whitney and Jazmine. The office and restrooms was very clean! I will tell other family members and friends to visit here.

I am sorry that your daughter had a bad experience. It can be scary when stuff like that happened but why would you get a lawyer for something like this? I have been to this establishment with my three year old son and the staff here are GREAT! It took them almost twenty minutes just to get his xrays done because he has a speech delay so communication with him was limited but they took time and worked with him. The office was very nice and clean. Equipment looks very nice and updated. The doctors were very professional but also kind and personal at the same time. They took time to see my son and to make sure he was ready for what they were going to do. Your daughter is very young and it's a shame you or the doctor had no idea that she was allergic to any of the local anesthetics or gas they gave here. I am pretty sure they did not mean to cause the reaction. I am pretty sure everything they did was standard. If anything, now you know that she is prone to having a reaction and now YOU have the ability to prevent this from happening again. I love this dental office, everything is very nice and so are the people. #1 place in Greenville, Texas!!!!! AND NOOOO, I DO NOT WORK HERE!!! I am just a nursing student, mother of two girls and a boy and a wife to a great man. Thank you Peppermint Dental for locating your newest office here in Greenville! <3<3<3<3<3

I took my son 9 years old here this morning he has disabilities adhd mood disorder hearing loss sensory intergration and aspergers, they were very patient in dealing with him explained things to him before they did anything i was very satisfied and will defainlty return. Took my 6 year old here also and she loved it

I am what they call a high fear patient--(Anxiety, Phobia)-as in my dear close friend had to drive me and stay in the room the whole time with me, hold my legs down and hold my hand and nearly sit on me!----yet through it all the Dentist and staff were patient and trying to do all they could to help me be more comfortable--( I was in a position to need a same day appt. for a broken/abcessed molar that needed to be pulled. I could not eat or talk it hurt so bad.) I called at 2pm--at 450 pm I was in the chair (just over 2 hours altogether)- but they were patient, gassed me and were doing all they could to make sure I was numb enough not to feel it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, if they can handle me--all else should be a breeze!
