So I got hit by a semi in July . Please tell me why my car is still not fixed correctly from this southwest ford collision center almost a year later?? Horrible customer service from Chance!!! (He hung up on me ) ... Horrible horrible horrible !!! Do not take your car here you will get a warranty an them not honor it !!!

Now I must pursue more just to get my car drivable. Save your self the headache I have gone through for almost a year now !!

I would recommend anyone interested in a new or used car or truck visit these people. The sales rep, Don Rice was the nicest man and went out of his way to help me and my family. I will tell anyone I know they should do business with southwest ford, great place with the best people.

I had been going to southwest ford for regular car maintenence and was satisfied when someone i trusted was working there. Sadly he passed away not long ago. The current head of the service dept. Tries to rip people off. Took car for a brake repair. They supposedly checked car and gave an estimate of $2800. Took car somewhere else and they told me all that was needed was a $143 rotor repacement

Wow! What a change the new owners have made. It made looking for a new car much more enjoyable.
