This place is a joke of an establishment. Ive had many problems here, but the stimulus for writing this poor review is that my A/C has not been fixed since I moved here. After asking about a window unit I was told I cant have a window unit because its "all bills paid." It is constantly 80 degrees plus in my apartment. The maintenence guy barges in my door after 3 knocks during any time of the day, no matter the circumstance. Im a guy, but what if I was a girl? Not only did he barge in, but he barged in while I was on the toilet to scan my A/C with his thermo gun and tell me that my A/C was working fine, when my clock on the wall displayed 81 degrees.on top of this, Kids run rampant and scream like hooligans during the summer. A lot of trashy people that like to stare a lot live here. Its the cheapest place in Greenville to live at, so go figure, but still, its not worth a single penny of the rent I pay to live here.
