My wife and I went into Lexus of Greenwich in search of a new family car. Their top notch customer service is what really got us to stay. When we looked around at other dealerships even conversation was forced and phony. They weren't interested in conversation, only a sale. Those other dealerships should really learn a thing or two from the courteous and friendly staff at Lexus of Greenwich, they make long term customer relationships.

Having purchased my car at Lexus of Greenwich, I know how awesome the buying experience was. It was so good, I was just waiting for something bad to happen but it never did. From purchase, I've gone in only for routine maintenance. They're great with loaner cars and have never had a problem with them. If you're looking for a dealership that won't drain your life, I highly recommend this one.

Can I just say shopping at Lexus of Greenwich was the best place I've ever bought a car at? I only went because a friend said the service was excellent and when I got there I found out it was an understatement. The sales staff was gracious, so educated and helpful and my new IS rocks.

I ordered my 2011 Lexus IS from Lexus of Greenwich during the summer and received delivery within a few days. Prior to my visit, I called several dealerships in the area and decided on Lexus of Greenwich because they were about their business and willing to work out a deal with me. We handled everything online which was very impressing and convenient. My sales consultant, Peter Doyle, was great with to work with, and even got the car delivered to me a couple days early. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Greenwich to any of my friends.
