I was charged$2300 from my deposit for the light mark my daughter made on the small area of living room. I called and wrote to the management, and never got respond for how they charged that money.
It is a over-priced living place, the construction quality is pretty low, and a lot of problems you would never know from their pictures and videos.
If you want to live here, try to think about it again, it is not a convenient area. Far from 95 high way and in the morning the local traffic to Route 1 is a nightmare.
Greenwich oaks is a notourious inc. if you would spend time to investigate their background, you would probably know at least two lawsuit regarding to their inappropriate treatment to elder tenant.
As I know, many tenant lived there for one year and decided to move out.
You can easily find a biger and nicer place than Greenwich oaks, in Greenwich town. Good luck!
