Poor service (not responsive to client needs) and not very creative, they seem disorganized and always on the verge of missing deadlines. I never got the feeling they were the "marketing pros" they professed to be, and Morstad herself overpromises and underdelivers. Beware of their billing practices and contracts--they overcharge for what little is delivered which makes you wonder how much the bills are padded.
