I tried to get an appointment for my son who we suspect to have Hashimotos thyroiditis. The phone number and fax number was not updated on the internet so I had to call two numbers and after being on hold for a long time was picked up by a lady who was rude and unprofessional. I pray that more qualified people be employed so they can be more courteous to desperate parents who are trying to get help for their children. I finally decided to try some other better place.
