started with having a tooth pulled and a partial repaired. That was over 7 months ago. Still don't have the partials and have been in almost 10 times for measurements and fittings. One thing they always ask for is the money. I have not seen the partials but they want my money. Told them I wanted to see the work completed before I pay and more than the $1200 i have already paid. I was told that there would be a good discount also. Now the "new: manager tells me that no one from when I started this is working there now and that he doesn't know what I am talking about. This place has a very high turn over rate with its employees. I am not impressed!!

Loretta S. I went to the Aspen Dental in Greenwood, In. They over charged me by $290.00. Didn't tell until 6 months later when it was time for a checkup I noticed a credit to my checking account for the said amount. How dare they keep someones money and collect interest. They have lost a customer for just that reason. That sad thing of it is it doesn't to matter to them. Thieves!!!

I started as a patient at the Burlington, Iowa office. I drove 100 miles one way to get to this office. After getting my dentures a few adjustments were made but I still needed something done for a better fit, in which I was told was covered in the pricing. Attempts to return for needed work on these dentures seemed to be impossible. They could not seem to keep a dentist there. They canceled several appointments on me. Now that I live in Indiana close to an Aspen dental I felt I would for sure get the help needed to correct the poor service and unresolved issues I had with my guaranteed dentures I paid a fortune for. Much to my surprise that was not going to be. Yes Dr. Murray I was disappointed! And please excuse me for taking up 3 minutes of your time, and your unconcerned I don't care attitude spoke volumes. But for an additional $650.00 I could get a realignment on dentures that have never fit right in the first place. Thanks for the waist of time. I see now Aspen Dental is just another corporation to steal from people and the guarantee means nothing. Beware people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
