I saw Dr. Breneker for a routine eye exam. Him and his staff were great, I was pleased with my service. That night the corner of my eye started hurting and the next day my eye lid was swolen up. Two days after my exam, which is today, I called them to ask if they could quickly see me before work, it is painful and embarrassing. They said they were booked and I could not be seen for a week. I explained to them that it was very painful, and though I wasn't pointing blame I thought there was a possibility that I picked up something from the equipment that was used in my eye tests. Her response was "you can't prove it was us, we can't do anything for you." She went on to explain that it would be another office visit next week. Go there if you like, but I'm not going back.
