I contacted Phil Wilson to see if he would represent me in my divorce in October 2012. He had represented my husband in some custody matters with his 4 children. I paid all the attorney fees for his bill. Phil assured me that " it wasn't a conflict of interest". He took my $750.00 retainer fee and all the court cost money without hesitation. In April, 3 days to my preliminary hearing, Phil resigned "for conflict of interest". He refuses to refund my $750.00 retainer fee. I feel justified in getting my money back since we discussed him representing me when he had told me there wasn't a "conflict of interest".

Do not hire John P. Wilson, Esq. In my opinion and in my case, poor and unprepared representation, a lot of administrative errors in filings and communications, and dishonest.
