I lived at this property from August 2009 - 2012. It's a shame I had one particular issue so serious it really overshadows the good here. That issue was - the termites. I dealt with termites every year I was here, but spring of

2012 was by far the worst. The termites swarmed TWICE in my apartment that spring (thousands of termites in my apartment) and termites coming out of the dry wall. It took maintenance weeks to begin repairs (NOT their fault - they were forced to wait for approval by "main" office, aka Muesing Management). Four whole walls were torn down. HOWEVER - the termites were never, NEVER treated. The repairs were done - but no exterminator treated for termites. The building I lived in (and other buildings) had been infested for years. I mean a long time. And it still is. Manager wanted to raise my rent third year in a row - no way. This place is notorious for that. Considering the circumstances, I felt there should be minimal increase if any that year. When they refused, I moved. Everything else was fine. It's not cost effective to simply patch the problem and not treat the real issue. If they had treated for termites in the first place they could have saved a fortune in repairs over the years and renters lost, like me.
