If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. This store sucks. Not to mention the entire franchise. I went in there, spent over $70, and asked them about their ad poster that claimed we would get 30% off. I was told that that sale was over, and they hadn't had a chance to get the sign down. The sale expired December 24, and this was February 2!!!!! They said they didn't have to honor the sale because the poster was dated. It wasn't, I took pics of it and told them I was going to contact corporate. Well, I might as well have not wasted my time. 4 phone calls later, all I get is a lot of "yes, they should have honored it....that's not right....someone WILL contact you...." and yet I hear nothing. It was my first experience in a lids store, and it will also be my last. They are dishonest. Ordinarily, I don't rant like this on facebook, but if that's what it takes to get some satisfaction, then I guess I will.
