Provided by YP.comWe purchased a king set from this store. The delivery guys couldn't get it to fit up the stairway of our home. The owner came back out same night with our set and an additional set incase it was indeed not able to fit. They got it up and set up in less than 10mins Great Customer service. We had already bought and set up our king frame and would have had to take it down and return it if we couldn't get the king mattress up the stairs. They was very helpful with solutions to our issues and even threw in a new mattress for my son's twin!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I recently bought a mattress from this store on Sept. 7, 2015. I have a feeling we will go thru hell trying to get this mess straightened out. The salesman never once told us we would have to purchase a mattress pad cover from them to be able to return the mattress. He asked us if we had a cover and we said yes. That's as far as it went with that discussion. He also never bothered to tell us there was a 30% restocking fee if we did return the mattress. From what I can decipher from the paper work now even if I took the mattress back, if we decide we don't want to purchase another mattress or pick out another one we just forfeit our money to their store. Can you say this practice might be against the law?
Our salesman talked really fast which should have been our first clue something wasn't right. Never did he fully disclose anything about their policy on anything. We were taken in by this store and suggest that you reconsider from buying from them.

Provided by YP.comThey were very accommodating when we went in to buy new mattresses after a fire, but when it came to getting delivery of one of the box springs, it became very apparent that all they wanted was our money. We were told it would be delivered in a week. One week later I called back and they said it wasn't in yet and if I wanted it delivered the next day. The only delivery window they had open was from 10 - 4. Like that really narrows it down! If I had to do it over again, I would never set foot in their store and would recommend that you buy elsewhere if you'd like to get your mattress w/o a lot of hassle.
Also, they don't answer their phone half the time and it rolls to a fax. Talk about irritating!
