This is an awesome company. Their staff is always friendly and I never have to wait long to be helped. I have used this company for many years.

McCarty Mulch of of 37 in Greenwood gives awful customer service! After a driver did considerable damage to our yard on Saturday, the owner calls my husband late on Monday afternoon and wants to go "halfsies" on the repair. He claims we didn't sign a waiver for going through our yard. We didn't sign a waiver because we weren't offered a waiver to sign. After the driver started getting stuck, my husband asked that he call someone and get the truck towed from our yard, but the driver kept spinning his wheels and resisted all requests that he not damage the yard further. The truck was stuck almost up to its axle in mud and grass from our yard.

Josh from McCarty's is now offering to drop dirt in our driveway so we can fix it ourselves. Bad customer service. We won't be coming here again, and it's rather sad, because they were super convenient to our location.

This place is one stop shopping for landscape products. I have been getting mulch, grass seed, straw, etc. from them for years, and their service is excellent. Often they can get my order delivered the same day! Their customer service staff and delivery drivers are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. and the quality of their products are top-notch. They are the best!!

I have purchased top soil, black colored mulch and pea gravel from McCarty Mulch on various occassions. I have dropped off old branches that had fallen from my large oak trees after storms. I have used their delivery for larger projects and picked up smaller truckloads at their location. Their office is always clean. Their staff is always friendly. I wouldn't buy my landscape materials from anyone else in central Indiana.
