Rude...

I went to see Bridgette for a hair cut and had to return 3 times to fix my hair cut. After not being satisfied, I called the owner, Debbie, to find out if it would be appropriate to move to the next girl in the salon. She said that would be fine, but after we hung up Bridgette called me back! I called Debbie back to ask if she told Bridgette what we discussed and she told me that she would run her business however she chooses and hung up on me. I just wanted to do the right thing and they were rude...and that Bridgette could use another class at the beauty college!

I am sorry you feel this way Bobbie, but you and I both know that this is not the truth. I am sorry that you feel I don't know how to "cut hair". Regardless, All of us girls have worked together for 8 or more years so we don't have time for games and we also don't play the game of going behind each others back. I respect everyone who works in there...."DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU! " Again, sorry that you felt this way but anyone who has been to Shear Essence knows we value our clients and expect nothing less than an excellent and gratifying experience for them.

Excellent Salon with Class

I have been going to owner, Debbie McNeil for over 20 years. I have been taking my daughter who is now 24yr old to Debbie since she was a toddler. Debbie is an excellent stylist who listens which is rare to find in this business. My daughter likes to stay up to date and is a little picky but trusts Debbie to adapt her style to that new Jessica Alba picture she might bring in. Debbie works with her and advises her what would look best with her features and coloring. Debbie also does beautiful hair coloring. I have been gray since I was in my late 40's and Debbie has been coloring my hair except for the time I tried to color it myself and it turned black. She had to fix my mistake so from then on I let her do it. Everyone I meet thinks it is my natural hair color which is amazing since I am only 55. Debbie is exceptional and caring so I would highly recommend her for hair styling or coloring. Debbie makes us feel comfortable and that is why it seems like we are friends rather than being just clients. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
