UNCLE BILL'S WILL KILL YOUR FISH! THEY HAVE AMMONIA IN THEIR WATER! I purchased RO water from uncle bills while I was doing a tank change for my fire eel and about 10 other fish (including one I rescued from WalMart that was near death with no fins. It took a month of nursing to get him back to health-We called him Tiny Tim). Within 5 hours of adding their water, my fish began to die off... Tiny Tim was the first, my fire eel was the last. IT TURNS OUT THEIR WATER HAD 3.0 AMMONIA IN IT. I thought at first it was new tank stress, until a frog we had in a fishbowl filled with their water on the other end of the house died. I brought this to the attention of the owner, and she said "We don't have ammonia in our water now, tough luck". It turns out that when they do maintenance on their RO water, they dont flush it out before setting up the barrels of water for sale. THEY ARE REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! BUYER BEWARE! Hopefully I can save another enthusiast or two from heartbreak! Go to the Reef instead! Local small business, GREAT advice!

I bought a King Charles cavalier puppy that was 4.5 months old, and she has been sick since day one.

I've taken her to the vet and called multiple times. She has had blood in her stool since the day I got her and it has always been diarrhea. An uncle bills employee told me "it could be from her being wormed so often", but when I told the vet that he said that's most likely not the reason. I've had her for 3 months now and it's still continuing. I've gotten her fixed and her shots. She also had a respiratory infection that spread to my other dog, so they both had to take meds for.





ALSO, when the lady sold me the puppy, she have me the "breeders" name. Definitely a puppy mill puppy. I'm not upset that my dog is from a puppy mill, I'm more upset of the fact that they're not illegal yet. The conditions I read online at this ladies breeding grounds were horrendous!

I'm extremely disappointed in the entire uncle bills facilities. They are paid on commission, so they're paid to sell you sick puppies. Poor animals. Ugh!



I will be calling them again tomorrow.

This is were I come to get all of my animals the best quality pet food. The cashier was great and there always lending a helping hand!

I used to go to another pet store and they never had what I wanted so I started coming here and they always have what I need plus they are really nice.

I recently purchased a puppy from here for my niece when I came to visit a few weeks ago. The woman helping me was very nice and informative. She helped us find the right puppy for us and gave us an unbeatable price. Excellent service and a wide selection of pets and supplies.

Great place to come and pick up some food for your pets with a knowledgeable staff.

I buy fish from this store every month for my office and they are always so beautiful and the service is always so great!

My dogs all know when we get into the car together once every two weeks we come to Uncle Bills pet center and get there treats and they our dogs are so excited.

Great place to get supplies for your pets or even to buy a new pet they take very good of there animals here the staff is incredible with all the pets there and with the customers.

I came here to buy a kitten for my 5 year old. The staff answered all my questions and were very helpful.

I went to Uncle Bill's pet center to look for a new puppy for my daughter. We looked around at the different kinds and they all looked healthy to me. She chose a Maltese and she loves her.

I don't really know where to start. For a long time, I frequented the store to buy pet supplies and then one day I went in and purchased a Shih Tzu for $750. I felt so sorry for her! It took over a week to get the urine smell out of her fur, to begin with. After taking her to the vet, I found out that she had double ear infections, which Uncle Bill's did pay for. My parents were not so lucky when they recently purchased a puppy for $600. She was 2-3 months old and as soon as they got her home they noticed she had fleas. A few days later, she started coughing to the point where she couldn't breathe and they took her to an emergency vet at 3am to find she has a severe case of Kennel Cough. Uncle Bill's refused to pay this bill bc it wasn't one of their appointed vets, however none of the ones they referred were open for emergency care...and she was gasping for air. At her first vet appointment, we found out she had double ear infections. Four days later, we find out she had roundworms and take her back to the vet. In addition, she had an additional parasite, which I don't recall the exact name of, but it's contracted through contaminated water. They claim that their dogs are sold healthy, but after two bad experiences of my own, and others I've heard from other customers, I'd have to say they are outright lying. I strongly advise against purchasing animals from this store. All of the health problems that our dogs contracted were contagious, and the vet said that most likely all of their dogs have similar viruses/parasites. Go to the pound and pick out a dog...they'lll be in much better condition than any dog you'll buy from Uncle Bill's. Last, but not least, there have recently been frequent protesters outside saying that they receive their dogs from puppy mills. I don't regret buying my dog, bc I love her, but they have definitely lost a customer here.
