I just paid $120 of my hard earned money (which I WAS going to pu​t on my discover card which I've been using for wedding expenses) on a hairdo that fell out as soon as I drove off. As well as I started crying because I realized I just spent that much money on makeup I could've done myself. Then I realized my $10 fake eyelashes are falling off because the wonderful makeup provided is not even waterproof. I was also asked that if i wanted more variety of shades of lipstick I should go buy my own.
If you are going to advertise special occasion services, I would expect more rather than my hair being done by someone who feels like is braiding my hair at a sleepover. I feel extremely ripped off and I will be going to buy makeup at Ulta myself and doing my own makeup. So thank you for taking the pampering out of my special day. Maybe you need to lower your prices or hire people with expertise, rather than people who are SELF PROCLAIMED make up and hair stylists.
If I don't get my money back, I will be spreading the word that your salon is considerably worse than any great clips experience I have ever had. Maybe you should look to them for prices, considering that is what your services are worth.
