Wedding

When did all this take place? I have a friend who got married there are absolutely loved it and recommended it to me. Just wondering if different people were working there. My wedding is next May so I need to find a place!

Horrible experience!

I would not recommend Valle Vista at all! I was planning on having my wedding and reception here and it was such a horrible experience that I ended up canceling. They were rude and unprofessional and completely inflexible the entire time. It was my wedding but EVERYTHING had to be their way. They have so many rules and I didn't find out about a lot of them until after I signed the contract and payed the deposit. I lost $600 so that I could have a wedding my way. We spoke with the owner and she was one of the rudest people we have ever encountered. She was very condescending and wouldn't listen to the problems we had, and kept defending her staff. She also admitted that they would end up booking the date and time that we were supposed to have but would not give us any of our deposit back. This is not a customer is always right kind of place! Don't have your wedding or reception here!
