THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT THEN I GOT SENT TO ACCEPTANCE NOW THATS WHERE IT ALL WENT DOWN HILL!!!! THEY APPROVED ME FOR 120 DAYS WITH NO INTEREST BUT WITH FEES LOL. OUTRAGOUS FEES AND IF YOU DONT PAY IT OFF LOOK OUT YOURE SCREWED!!! THATS ALL BESIDE THE POINT. I WENT AHEAD AND TOOK THE DEAL AND WAS PROMISED A DATE FOR PICK UP AND THEY CALLED AFTER I TOOK OFF WORK THAT DAY TO TELL ME IT WOULDNT BE THERE THAT DAY!!!! THEN CALLED AND SAID IT WAS THERE ON THAT FRIDAY BUT PART OF THE SECTIONAL WAS A DIFFERENT COLOR! LOL I COULD GO AHEAD AND COME PICK UP WHAT THEY HAD SO FAR AND THE REST WOULD COME IN A DIFFERENT DAY. I LIVE OVER AN HOUR FROM THE STORE SO I TOLD THEM I WOULD COME IN AND GET IT ON MONDAY.. THEY WERE CLOSED ON MONDAY IN THE WAREHOUSE! THE ACCEPTANCE NOW REP SAID IT WAS OK TO COME IN ON MONDAY AND THEY WOULD GET IT DONE.. WHEN I CALLED TO VERIFY THAT ON MY WAY FROM TAKING OFF WORK THEY SAID NO THE WAREHOUSE WAS CLOSED. I THEN CALLED TO CANCEL ORDER AND TO GET A REFUND.. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 3 WEEKS TO GET THE CHECK SENT OUT. I WASNT HAPPY BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.. I CALLED TODAY WHICH ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND THEY HAVENT EVEN MAILED YET AND CORPORATE HAS NO RECORD OF DEBIT CARD TRANSACTION!!!! THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND NOW SEND A CHECK OUT IN 3 MORE WEEKS!!!! 7WEEKS!!!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BOZOS!!!!

Don't go there! The in store ...

Don't go there! The in store service was fine. Our salesman was very nice. But the furniture ended up being a disaster. Upon delivery, 3 out of 4 of our items arrived damaged. Our leather reclining couch wouldn't recline because the entire frame was bent and it was leaning to one side. Our futon had a large scratch and our box spring had a large hole in it. After several phone calls they agreed to deliver new items. Second delivery they brought another broken couch (which had to be fixed by a service technician) and a futon with a hole in it. We just had our third futon delivered and it once again came damaged. We spent quite a bit of money and we are so upset. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

poor !

i went in to get a recliner and was not greeted at all. i had to hunt someone down and then they passed me off to someone else! i had cash in hand and this guy was more interested in text then making a sale, we finally picked out a chair and the guy wanted us to buy a spray for the fabric that was almost $150.00. we told him no 5 different times. but when we went to pay he added it on anyway... we then had to wait for a "manager" to come and take it off. he then tried to sell us on it. by this time we were ready to just leave! after we got it home and set up, it had a few hole in it so we called them and asked what we could do and they told us that there is nothing we could do. all sales are final no refunds or exchanges. for all they know we could have damaged it when removing it or set up. we will never go there again!
