The girls at the front desk were extremely rude, I was hung up on many times when I was simply looking fro an activities director. This is an embarrassment of a business and if I was overseeing this project I would seriously consider bringing in people who not only communicate well with others but are looking to help make money. I would never bring a senior family member of mine here because of the girls at the front desk and how rude they were.
