Don't go here. I called the Hoover support line and they directed me to this shop saying my unit had a defect. The shop is 49 miles from my house one way and I found someone to drop it off. They would not accept it. When I called back the man was so rude, he would not even give me his name. If he didn't want to fix it that was fine but to be rude to a customer is unacceptable. DON'T GO HERE. Hoover replaced the unit, The manufacturer is great!

I bought an embroidery machine from them and they have been very helpful and supportive.I would do business with them again.
