Daniel D. Divilbiss, M.D. is the director of Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship within the Self Regional Healthcare Sports Medicine Center at Montgomery Center for Family Medicine. Dr. Divilbiss received his bachelors degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS, and his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS. He completed his residency at Self Regional Healthcare’s Family Medicine Residency at Montgomery Center for Family Medicine, and a sports medicine fellowship at Self Regional Healthcare’s Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, both in Greenwood, SC. Dr. Divilbiss is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, attending his children’s extracurricular activities and cheering on the Kansas State Wildcats.
