One of the mechanics is either incompetent or somewhat crooked, possibly both. They don't stand by their work and want to charge you again for labor to get to the part that they should have fixed in the first place. I have no problem paying for the materials and anything extra, but charging to take apart the same thing again is disquieting. Finding a new place for our tractor.

Rude customer service and bad service. Took my kubota rtv in for bad gas and had to get a new carburetor two weeks later got home rode it for 20 minutes and same problem, won't start . Took it back and they did not throughly clean fuel tank or fuel filter so new carb was ruined too. Tried to blame me and had to pay another charge of $118.00 already paid 945.00! Why would you pressure wash and clean fuel tank on second trip and not when you put on a $700.00 part the first time! Will not do business with someone who doesn't stand by their work !

Do not buy from them. They do not back any repair work they do. I sent a riding lawnmower in for an estimate of repair and they quoted a price that I thought was too high. I agreed to pay $100 for the transportation and the estimate of repair for the lawnmower. When it was returned to me the lawn mowers front end, the carburetor, the steering assembly and housing were disconnected from the mower and sitting in the back of his truck. The driver then gave me a bag of bolts that went to the lawn mower. I told him the lawn mower was no good to me in this condition and he told me it would be another $150 to put it back together. I told him I just wanted an estimate and I did not give him permission to tear it down and I was not going to pay it. The driver took the lawn mower back and wished me luck.
