I walked in the store, which was extremely busy, and was immediately asked if I could be helped. What I didn't understand was explained to me in layman terms. Even with them being extremely busy they acted as if I was the only one in the store. Can't wait to get my pool. The nicest, professional people.

We recently purchased a home on Greenwood with a pool that was “being serviced” weekly by a local company. The water was unswimmable and the pool controller was not working. The servicing company had no interest in correcting the problems and gaining a new customer. Kirk’s took the time to come out on a Friday evening assess the problems treat the water and had us swimming at the first of the week, plus quote us a repair for the controller.

Kirk's Pool is awesome! Their customer service is outstanding. They really know what it means to put the customer first!! We will be lifelong customers for sure.

This site won't allow enough words to do justice to the 5 month nightmare this guy and his crew put my family through so I will keep this short and sweet. He doesn't communicate well and when he does it is usually a lie or half truth. He and his crew are rude, destructive and incompetent. He tried selling us a slide that wasn't the one in our contract. This is simply just a bad person. Ken and his family try to intimidate people with their threats. Every positive review seen here was written by Ken Kirk or his family. Run from this crook.

I bought an aboveground pool from kirks pool they sold me a 1500 salt system for my pool it rusted in 2 years I had to get ALLTRADE POOL to put a new wall up and teach me how to use my pool THE pools Kirk's sales will not take a salt system check with the pool warrenty they will tell you that

I had another local company quote me on a fiberglass pool...Not only did they not finish the job, the work that was done had to be updated to code. I contacted Kirk's and they came and evaluated the problems, fixed them, and I am finally happy with my pool. Kirk's is awesome, the staff is knowable and the work is professional. Thanks for making my Screwup by dealing with Alltrade a complete and pleasurable experience.

Over a period of 10 years, we have moved three times, all three experiences with Kirk's have been the same.*Professional *Time efficient *And the finished product is exactly what we wanted..... I purchased a Aboveground pool from kirk's pool. They were very professional and handled me being a 1st time pool buyer like a champ. thank you, and you will always have my business.

three times they came out ,which meant draining pool 3 times .pool still not level an the contractor who was over the job very rude( Ethan),an ken just not care how his company was being repersented.Never on time ,had to use my tools an install date change as soon as he took my down payment.Poor management an contactor ,installers were new and sould have been shown more how put pool up instead of just being thrown in over thier heads.Shop around an get everything ken says in writing to make sure he doesw everything he saids.

If you do business with them you are a fool. Their staff is rude and untrained in anything to do with pool installation. There in not one thing that is intirely correct with the pool. Their installers had to borrow bits and a drill driver from me just to finish the job and not drill out every screw head in the kit. NO. No. No.

My fireplace had been acting up so I gave Kirk's a call. They came out as soon as they could and determined the problem. The service tech was fantastic, very informative. Cost effective too!

The owner keeps competitive prices with quality pools and other merchandise (pool chemicals and more!) I recommend checking with Kirk's pool and heath if you need any pool or fireplace items.
